KWaveKW currently delivers within Kuwait only.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Kuwait time) will be delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Kuwait time) will be delivered the next business day.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Fees
Free delivery on orders over 30 KWD.
Shipping fees for orders below 30 KWD will be calculated at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-delivered due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing kwavekwsupport@gmail.com.
Please include clear photos or an unboxing video so we can review your request.
